Took my lincoln mkz here, 3rd different certified tech/dealers lot it's been too. It's amazing what a mechanic can do when the communication from the service department to the mechanics is crystal clear. Long story short had an intermittent issue which stopped the car from going into "drive mode" it would power on but trip error after error. Which obviously made it unreliable. I don't know how they came to the conclusion they did but that's why i took the vehicle there. I had no answers. Took 3 weeks for the problem to occur in their possession. I felt like I was crazy it was just happening to me. They tested the battery after it happened and what do you know 25% less of charge at max capacity than if it was brand new. Won't take my car anyone else after this. Thanks to the receptionist who text message line I blew up and a big shout out to Rodney for believing me when I looked absolutely nutts and the rest of the folks at Family Ford in Bluffton, Indiana Thankyou!!! When I say nobody could figure it out im talking about Bob Thomas and Tom kelly ford. Family Ford did!

My first time ordering a new vehicle. It has been a loooong road, as I originally placed the order for my Maverick in Sept. of '22 on the day Ford closed the order banks due to high demand. Jeremy and everyone else at the dealership have been communicative and personable over the 2 years of me changing my mind on options and color multiple times including my calling regularly for updates until my truck was finally scheduled for production mid-July this year!

When it finally dropped on Sept. 19th (731 days after the order was initially placed) Jeremy immediately contacted me and sent a picture of it on the lot. He and Dom worked together to secure me an even better rate than my credit union of 35 years could offer! When I took delivery last Monday the process was painless and low pressure and every little discount and offer I had coming were applied without hassle.

You hear so many horror stories of dealers pressuring you to add stuff and/or tacking on extra fees at signing, but I experienced none of that. Can't speak highly enough about the honest, customer friendly experience I have had in purchasing my Maverick here! I will be going back again for my next new car or truck and will be referring others looking to be treated fairly on a new Ford purchase to the team at Family Ford!

Cost for repairs (10 spark plugs for V10 engine, diagnostics and labor) was a sticker shock. Vehicle runs properly, having the work done is appreciated. I haven't used a dealer for service in a long time. As the old timers, say, I can remember when costs were much less.
