Pros and cons:

Pros: This is a cool store with lots of neat and interesting items in a large variety for every collector. While the staff is sort of friendly they seemed to lack enthusiasm, I guess this is a pro and con. Pro for being friendly and con for the blank expressions on everyone’s faces throughout the entire experience.

Cons: They are over priced on what they have and they undervalue what you have. I completely understand the small business and need to make money. But, you need to keep up with the competition. Ended up selling and trading my cards to in turn buy the same boxes they had elsewhere. I got better trade-in prices, cash value for mine and the boxes I purchased were roughly 20% to 30% cheaper. I’m speculating, but I’ll blame that on the youth running the store with lesser business savvy than those who have been doing it a lot longer. Some free business advice, this is just an example and not my exact experience , making $30 is better than making $20, but making $20 is better than making nothing and not making a new customer.

Very nice store!! My first time visiting, my son (3 years old) walked right in to a break and were given 4 teams for FREE! The prices, I would say are slightly lower than normal which is great as well. They also let my son pick a gift from the treasure chest. Awesome experience. Will be back! I enjoyed this card shop more than any card shop that I had ever been to before. Glad I found it.

Most disrespectful people I have seen they are rude and unprofessional they are stupid and only go off eBay they say but if they did that the cards I hade even on eBay my stuff was worth 1000 of dollars I am a mystery shopper and my job is to see how people do with customer source and how they treat the customers. I give them a negative 800. They are rude. Unprofessional. Don't take time to even look at things if they do go on eBay. They did not even look at any of my cards that I had that will on eBay which I did. And my cards are going for $600 to thousands of dollars. So if anybody thinks that these people all actual good customer s like they actually know how to treat people, I do not agree with anybody that thinks that these people all actually nice. I saw them also being mean to a kid and you do not tell if you have your only opinion. So I say to you rip off August and negative on any customer one out

Everything started out well. I opened my tin for them to check out. My friend asked why do you guys go off eBay sells instead of TCG. He couldn't reply but tell us to get the hell out. There was no rude manner within any of the talk. I told him really? It's my cards I'm selling and my friend simply asked a question and so I'm screwed for someone else's question? I highly recommend not going there if your selling your cards.

My 13 year old son is an avid football card collector. Fancave hands down is his favorite place to go for all things cards. The owner Jack and staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. They are honest and answer all our questions. I highly recommend checking it out.

Our family loves stopping by Fan Cave Indy to check out what's new in cards and new wax. Our favorite event is the quarterly trade night "Midnight Madness" where Fan Cave hosts giveaways & discounts all night long! They're friendly and fair. You should definitely check them out!
