Le doy 5 estrellas por la variedad de vestidos que tienen pero le doy 1 solo por que no le puedo poner menos y la razón es por que tienen un pésimo servio al cliente.
Yo vengo de 2hrs de distancia solo para comprar los vestidos de mi hija (nota: no para comprar de mayoreo) aún así bien eh pagado asta $300 dólar en vestidos para mi hija y esta ves que volví pedí que me la dejaran pasar al baño y ni $300 dolar dejaron que mi hija usara el baño, no son nada humanitarios.
Nunca más volveré aunque tengan una excelente y preciosa colección.

I give it 5 stars for the variety of dresses they have but I give it 1 only because I can't give it less and the reason is because they have horrible customer service.
I come from 2 hours away just to buy my daughter's dresses (note: Im not a wholesale costumer) even so, well I have paid up to $300 dollars in dresses for my daughter, I asked to be allowed for my daughter to use the bathroom and not even $300 dollars let us used it, they are not humanitarian at all.
I will never go back again.

I bought my daughter her flower girl dress here. The prices are affordable, they have a no return policy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the girls that helped me kept on rushing us when we were trying on the dresses.

Customer service was horrible was told there was a limit on how many dresses my niece could try on for her pagent then they wouldn't allow her to try on the shoes with the dress. It was absolutely crazy manager very rude man.

Sure, this place has affordable prices, but honestly.... If I would have known that the customer service here is awful, then I would have skipped on trying to be cheap. I live four hours away, and I purchased suits for my two sons here. They didn’t fit them and I requested a refund from Fashion Kid, because trying to figure out suits from four hours away was a lot of work. The woman said that she didn’t care if I lived “four hours away, in another state, or in a different country.” That they was no way I’d get my money back. Not a single raised voice from me, and a store associate called the cops. They must go through this often because they immediately resorted to calling the cops.

If I could put less than one star I would. To start, they wouldn't let my fiance bring her own wedding dress inside to match colors for a flower girl dress. Then, once the smaller dress was purchased, we came back to return it (wrong color), and they only allowed store credit. So we tried to use the store credit to buy someone else's items (that person would just pay us), which they denied. No voices raised, we're just trying to make the best out of the situation at this point. The owner then began YELLING at us, saying we could only use the store credit on our own purchases, not anyone else's. We left without getting anything back. Definitely do not recommend this shop, very bad customer service, and just bad business in general.
