Best shoe store in town. If you are new to running like me, or even a seasoned runner, this is the store you want to shop at. Every customer is treated like family, especially if you join some of their weekly community runs. Alan is amazing; he’s honest and very knowledgeable. Kiersten is awesome too!

I have had such great experiences at Fast Break and their customer service is top notch! I bought a pair of shoes over the weekend and I loved them in the store, however when I got home it was rubbing my foot the wrong way. I went back today and asked to exchange them or what my options were, they were so patient and kind helping me find the right shoe and inserts. Love my new shoes, thanks so much!!

Cole was very knowledgeable and detailed in helping me find just the right shoe and fit. He took time to try many different shoes and explain differences. There were numerous options to choose from. I highly recommend Fast Break for athletic shoes.

I love this place. Joey fitted my daughter today. She has been battling a heel injury. He brought 5-6 pairs of shoes out and was patient with her. He was very knowledgeable. He also picks out shoes for my son every track season. We don’t go anywhere else. The entire staff is helpful and kind.

Nicole crushed it! Amazing service, took the time to listen & ask questions about what I was looking for in a shoe, activity levels, any joint issues, etc. and brought out a bunch of options for me to try. She’d also explain the benefits of the shoe & tell me what to look for. Didn’t feel rushed at all & was great to get help from someone who knows the products so well. And they have some other amazing products in the store like clothes, accessories, snacks/electrolytes.

This locally owned store has been around for years which says a lot. I walk about 4 miles a day and wanted a pair of shoes to replace the ones I bought there several years ago. Talk about patience of sales staff plus knowing the ins and outs of what they had to sell. I tried on probably 10 pairs of shoes trying to make up my mind about feel and color and ended up wearing my new pair of shoes out of the store with a smile on my face.

I always get the best service at Fast Break! Thanks, Ian, for the great fitting and patiently offering up a dozen shoes for me to try until I found the perfect ones.

Edited: Came in again this week to get my son new running shoes. Chase was super helpful and picked out several terrific options for him and was sure to get him just the right fit. We always have a great shopping experience at Fast Break and it's always worth the drive from Ooltewah!
