In mid October I called up to see how busy they were to get my sled worked on. The lady said they weren’t very busy and they could look at it pretty fast. On October 28th on a Saturday am I dropped it off and the guy said it’ll be a couple weeks…. I guess a couple weeks is 16 weeks?

I called after a few weeks and they said they were hoping by the end of the week. I waited a couple weeks and called before Christmas. He said that it was next in line and they’d get looking it. I waited until after the first and he said hopefully by the end of the week again. So I called back that Friday and he finally had got it in and said he was getting ready to call me and told me a ballpark price. I said let’s get it done now that it’s already January. They said they’d order parts and have them hopefully beginning of the following week. Called two weeks later and he said they hadn’t got fedex yet with the snow storms, so I wait another two weeks and call, they said the fedex arrived with 40 parts and he has to sort through them to see if he has mine to get it done…four months later, Feb 16 they finally called saying it was done…

If you’re looking for a reasonable service time, fast city is not fast at it.

Had my crank seals and a water pump seals replaced on my Arctic Cat 2000 ZR 600 Millennium. A+++ to Steve and his mechanics for their extra help getting the sled back running again!

Took over a year to before working on the sled and charged over twice of what was quoted. Some Communication would have been nice for the extra charges.

Expect to have your mower in the shop for over a month if you bring it in during the summer. And all they will do is change the gas and add some additive. We could have done that. Didn’t fix the problem. Not going back

These guys are some of the best in the industry. I've bought sleds and parts for years. It's nice to actually talk to someone who rides and works on them. We were broke down in the UP and they sent parts to us the next day and helped us solve our issues. When your Stranded and broke down it's nice to have someone who cares on the other end of the line.
try and PUT A PRICE THAT! All snowmobiles break down and all have there issues. I put a ton of miles on each year riding 5-6 weeks up north at a shot and however many I can put on when there is snow in the mid west. Fyi I've been riding sleds since 1978!
