Wish I could give 0 stars for this horrible business. The owner Mark is rude and dishonest. Featherlite should re-consider letting him represent their brand. He strung me along on a used trailer for a month and a half. Repeatedly failed to return phone calls and when I called to follow up he was rude and dismissive. If you are in the market for a trailer do yourself a favor and shop the Lincoln or Turlock locations... I understand that Mark is the best salesperson for the surrounding Featherlite dealers as consumers tend to buy elsewhere after visiting him. In our final conversation he revealed that he was already selling the trailer to someone else... this is SOP for Mark and he has a horrible reputation after doing my research... Shop and Buy elsewhere.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Mark, the owner lost my business on the sale of a new dump trailer for over $10,000 because he never called me back like he promised with information and a confirmation on a price. I waited two weeks and finally went to Reno and purchased one. (April 2020)

Then in August, I had a latch break on my tool box on the trailer. I brought it to this place only because it is so close and Mark said it would be covered under warranty and removed the latch. He told me he would call me in a week when he received the new one. Two weeks later. Nothing. I called Mark and he acted like he had no idea what was going on with the latch. I went in and saw him in person. He again seemed dumbfounded.

He finally realized remembered me and the warrantied latch. That was onto a Friday. He said He contacted the warranty department of BigTex and they were sending one out and it should be here on Monday and if not, he would follow up and let me know. Two weeks later, nothing.

I finally contacted BigTex warranty and asked them if Mark had started a claim with them. They said that he had not. I told them I would like to start one. I had the latch within a week. I am still waiting a call from Mark... I know that won't happen...

This people, is NOT how you run a business. I am amazed this place has lasted as long as it has. Very disappointed

I had the same experience as other posters. The owner is the most non caring man I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Call after call with promises to call back which NEVER happened. He obviously does not want or need the business. I cant say enough about this persons BAD business philosophy. Do yourself a favor and find another Featherlite dealer either Lincoln or Reno.

Brought my trailer in for a tune up and to check a wheel that was not right. They took a week longer than quoted and returned the trailer is worse condition. When I dropped off only 1 light failed to work. The left My lights on and ran my auxiliary battery dead so now no light work! And are now claiming there is a bent axle after we brought it back for the lights and still having. A loose tire! Mark is rude and a thief!

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place at all- the quality of the work or the way we were treated. We broke down in three states after they serviced our trailer with the first being an hour after we left the dealership and theee different mechanics all found significantl issues with the work- each issues caused a breakdown, danger to our horse and ya on the side of the road, extra days on the road and multiple meals on the road as well as horse hotel expenses and our lodging but all’s Mark could say was the mechanics- all three of them were lying and we must have been driving uphill while depressing the brake. But no explanation for a ground wire that didn’t exist, axle brakes that were over tightened and a dried brake controller that was never checked. No, I’d find someplace else to take your trailer
