First time ever shopping at this store. 6/12/24 in the afternoon. Our experience here was not as expected. First time I felt profiled while shopping in a store. There was a Hispanic female working who was wearing a green LA hat who was judgmental. To say least we weren’t even greeted when we walked in. The store had no customers.
After purchasing shoes and apparel, My partner and I both left leaving the store feeling very uncomfortable about our experience shopping here.

Me and my friends were shopping for cologne and while we were smelling the various scents, the Hispanic lady working had the audacity to tell a fellow employee to keep an eye on us within earshot for no reason. As we smelled the scents this short white guy was blatantly staring and standing right behind us the whole time.We were not being a nuisance and we're respectful of fellow customers and the merchandise. Don't shop here this store racially profiles it's customers

Feature provided me with great customer service! I bought a kidsuper suit on sale for my wedding next year. The stitching on the pants design had some minor defects. I reached out to them and they were incredibly accommodating. I asked to swap out the pants, but unfortunately it was the last size in stock. They offered me a full refund with free shipping. I still plan on wearing the suit. I'm going to find someone local to fix the stitching fixed, but because I didn't want the full refund, they gave me a 15% refund for my troubles. I was very pleased with my service and will continue to support their business! 10/10 experience and they have great deals!

These employees need a refresher on how to be more welcoming. You have a white male along with blonde female and short female, employees, who clearly don’t have manners or a face for customer service. They will judge you based off how you look or your opinion of things in the store. They don’t hide their face of jealousy and hate. Immature and toxic work environment is what it looks like to me DO BETTER KIDS. Gossiping and clearly talking about customers while they are around. What kind of people is this place hiring?

No company or person is perfect. It's how things are handled when there is a mistake that makes me a loyal customer. 99% of the time, I have had great interactions with Feature, and on the one time they made a mistake, they quickly owned it, provided a quick solution, and ensured I was happy with the result. I couldn't ask for anything more, I will definitely be a customer again!!

It's honestly just starting to become unbelievable at this point. Ordered a pair of slippers that hasn't shipped for 2 weeks now. At first, I understood their whole shipping delay excuse but after hearing some people still having not gotten their order shipped after a month That's inexcusable. If your warehouse workers really are working 24/7, overtime, extra shifts, etc., this isn't possible. Their customer service is pretty terrible too. Like other reviews, I have sent multiple tickets and have only gotten a response for one of them explaining how they are backed up and that they will check on my particular order even though its been over a week and still nothing has happened. I'd honestly just love some sort of update on my order or anything letting me know that this isn't a huge scam. At least put on your website there there are MAJOR shipping delays so people know what to expect. Crazy to think that I paid $10 for shipping and I might have to wait more than a month to receive my order. (Edit: They never sent me any delivery date or any update like they said they would so the fact that they replied saying they did is just straight up lying or else I wouldn't be writing this review. Additionally, I never asked to cancel my order yet they still did, on an item that only they had in stock and I still do not see the money that they refunded in my bank account. I sent an email saying an order cancellation is not what I asked for but I doubt their non-existent customer support will respond. Please steer far away from this company. By far the worst shopping experience I have ever had.)

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, and somehow two shoes were selected. When I tried to remove one shoe (qty 2 of the same shoe), before confirming the order, it processed and charged my bank account for two of the same shoe when I only ordered one. I emailed and was told no refunds or cancellations could be made according to the terms and conditions. I also read store credit was an option. So I replied that I was willing to take store credit, as the second shoe was ordered in error. I have not heard anything back. I ordered the shoes for back to school and now my daughter may not get the shoes she wanted. This store is not a good business. I at this point just want a refund. The customer service skills and care for the customer is non existent. I will be contacting Nike as well, as it shows that is their vendor.

note to everyone though if you ever get a wrong size or a messed up shoe or whatever

- start your email off nicely and use your pleases and thank you’s. they can go a long way when dealing with any customer service issues you might encounter - my experience was perfect and I’ll continue buying from Feature
