I visited this store last month for a drop-in and asked them to attach some additional labels I had already printed onto the outside of my package. Initially, I intended to handle it myself because I didn’t fully trust them to do it properly. However, they assured me that they would take care of it and asked me to leave. Unfortunately, they didn’t follow through, which has caused a significant issue for me. As a result, my package is likely to be delayed by over five months due to their failure to attach the labels.

Researched places to get passport photos and decided to go to Fedex since they had done my photos ten years ago for my last renewal and had done a great job. The store was busy with two employees at the desk and one going in and out with packages, maybe three people ahead of me in line. Others came in behind me as I waited. Got to the front of the line after about ten minutes and said I needed some digital passport photos. The clerk helping me became exasperated and said no, they were way too busy, there was a line, and there was no way he could do photos for me now. He claimed to be the only person working the desk when there was another employee working the other register. I didn't see why my photos should be less important than the next person's package or take more time. I was rather stunned by the rude refusal to serve me. But I politely asked when would be a good time to come back and the clerk stated I could come back later but it would probably be just as busy later, or I could try tomorrow, who knows. I left the store and of course won't go back. There are other places in town that do passport photos and Fedex will never get my business again. Never before have I been refused service in a store for a service they offer on their website because they are too busy to serve me when it was my turn. Stunning. Avoid.

I had tracking information that my package would be held at this location, when I showed it to the very feminine man behind the counter, he simply said “oh it absolutely will not be delivered here, you need to go to our west side location” in a very ignorant tone. When I showed up about an hour later and picked up my package at the same store, he offered no apologies but gave a very insincere smile and was on to the next customer. He was a disgusting representative of “customer service”.

Closed from 4-430…. Why? Pharmacies it makes sense as they don’t hire multiple pharmacists at once. Don’t start normalizing this “every company closes at some random time when you happen to need to go by because they can only staff a single person at a store” behavior

Went here in a terrible mood (for my own personal reasons) and Edwards customer service was so exceptional that it put me in a good mood. He was very attentive and efficient while helping the customer in front of me, myself and also the customer behind me. I know this isn't a review for the store as a whole, but I had to say something and will be leaving a review per the survey option on receipt.

I don’t know how a FedEx has so many bad reviews, but I wanted to leave an honest, and positive review. I went in today, November 14th, at 11:30 to drop off a package. Caleb was very kind, quick to get my package taped up and ready to go. I have no complaints and have never had a bad experience here.

Won’t be returning for pickup and will only do deliveries as the customer service here was the worst. The lady seemed annoying with me picking up my order and hands me my prints without saying a word. Absolutely horrible a simple smile would have made my experience all the better. Teach employees to be kind people thank you.

Very rude employee, I was able to get his name - Edward. He was very rude because I supposedly had a USPS box with a FedEx label on it. I was trying to explain him that I was given a fedex return label to stick to the same box and was going to suggest that I would coverup the USPS label but he cut me off and started to shout at me in front of everyone in the store. Very unreasonable and offensive , FedEx please get hold of him and take appropriate action. This is not unacceptable.
