My boyfriend came in to buy a bunch of items and some of them were labeled on sale for a certain amount and the sales people refused to sell it for the marked sale price. When he told/ showed them the sale price they kept screwing it up and did not actually fix the price when they said they would correct it. Every sales associate behind the counter was incompetent and clearly had no idea what they were doing and were extremely rude to him the entire time when he was the only one being professional. However, the three sales people continued to try and correct the situation by putting all three of their brain cells together until this extremely rude female sales person decided to butt in and put her two cents in when she was not involved with the sale in the first place. She escalated the situation by having a terrible attitude towards my boyfriend and trying to argue with him and saying the things that were marked for sale were in fact NOT on sale and refused to go check to make sure. She definitely caused a scene in the store by being a child and treated him with so much disrespect, and with the amount of money we spend here and how much we shop at this location I cannot believe that he was treated like this. The company needs to hold themselves accountable for their choice in sales associates and deal with the ones who cannot do their job and constantly disrespect customers. This is not the first time this girl has been rude to him either, because the last time we asked to order a pair of shoes and have it shipped to the store she tried to say they could not do that, but was corrected by her coworker in front of us and ended up looking stupid. I guess that’s why she has an attitude. We will no longer be shopping at Finish Line if they continue to let the little girl with an attitude stink up the store.

Terrible customer service. A young girl boxing up shoes near the register was very rude. The cashier was pleasant and everyone else was fine but certainly not pleasant. I made my purchase anyway because we were waiting to cash out when the young box girl rudely addressed me with an aggressive tone and curt response. I will just avoid this shoe store in the future.

I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time, unfortunately I'm just getting around to it. I have to say there is a particular staff member here to my recollection his name is Conner who has always gone above and beyond when I enter the store whether I make a purchase, I'm doing an online order pick up or simply inquiring about products for athletic wear that works best for my lifestyle. I'm grateful to see your smiling face when I enter the business. Thank you for the great customer service!

I went here today to buy a new pair of Nike’s and walked out. Terrible customer service, too interested about playing on their phones. They brought me one shoe and never came back to help me or ask if I liked them !! You just lost a customer that has bought several pairs of shoes there !! This was at the Mall in Fayetteville.

The price of the shoe will change from the time they show you the correct shoe (took a couple tries) to the time they ring them up. I never wore the shoes (forgot to pack them for my trip) so I brought them back to return and was told they are not accepting a shoe that was bought a month ago because the manager would not allow it. Was told to try the store in Rogers cause there manager is more lenient on returns.

The staff was absolutely wonderful at this shop. They were helpful in ordering my shoes which was not in stock. Recommend highly
