Every time I go into the shop I'm met with a laid back helpful setting. First cash always gives me good money for the items I have to sell. The store is always clean and I see new stock often. Fair prices friendly faces clean safe environment. I give them 3 snaps up in a 💤 formation.

This crew is great! I pawned a personal item and it was a bit of an unusual situation but the team went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. I had gone to another local shop but the guy I went to was a complete tool and didn’t make any effort to act decent. Highly recommend this place for buying, selling or a worry-free loan. The absolute worst pawn shop ever. I brought some silver in and they insulted me with 10% of its value! Total con artists! I need money, but not that bad! Also, what pawn shop doesn't follow spot pricing?!!? Offering me $0.50 each for mercury dimes.....poor business, don't see how there even in business!

I would give no stars but then I wouldn't be on this list. Every time I've ever came to this place it seems like they have always conned me out of whatever I was trying to sell. If you're trying to buy stuff from them you might as well go to the store like a local Walmart and buy it there because it is basically the same price the only difference is they're selling stuff that is used sometimes more than once. So yeah if you take this place an item that you paid $1,500 for they'll give you $200 for it don't expect no hire from them lol and that's a good deal coming from them. So yes I would definitely go to a different place instead of here.

I have pawned stuff here for almost 7 years. I'm writing this today about past experiences with this business because I went there today and......

This is better than Pawn It but they lack integrity. I went to First Cash Pawn to pick up pawned items only to have these money grubbing parasites bring me someone else's stuff. Where is my stuff 40 minutes later they're still looking for it, and then then I see my stuff on the sales floor with a price tag waiting to be sold!!!!! I informed the very rude black girl there that what they're looking for was being sold. She tried to say they wouldn't have sold my stuff, which wasn't due for forfeiture yet, because they don't do that. Total BS.

I had also purchased a bike from these bozos a few years ago. The bike didn't even make it 3 miles before the fork separated from the frame, leave me bloody on on the side of the road. The girl that worked there, I think her name was Christy, said she would give me a huge discount the next time I came in to buy something. I never saw her at that location again! This was before that incident above.

I'm an idiot for doing business with these clowns repeatedly. I won't be patronizing this business again. I've learned my lesson!

I always get a great deal here and the staff is great!!! I love it when people think they should get full price at a pawn shop. People, they have to sit on the item for awhile and it may possibly not sell. You will never get 100% value at a pawn shop, that is how it works. If you want to make the most money then sell it yourself.
