Haven't been there, so we just stopped in to check it out. Met James, and he explained a few things. They have a great selection of furniture. He was very personable and there was absolutely no sales pressure at all and that's why we'll shop there again.

was NEVER informed of no return store policy until after fischers cashed my two thousand three hundred thirty four dollar check for a stove that does not work properly. when they forget to give proper information about anything they act like they did anyway. will NEVER do business with them again.

Bought our first mattress since moving down here in June of 2022. They treat you like family and not just another paycheck. There was a problem with the mattress over some weather problem and they helped us get it cleared up other then trying to hide up the mistake. I will 110% be coming back.

They sent me to a facility 1.5 mile far away that wasn't designed for semi trucks. There is a possibility that I will collapse the house when turning into a narrow street, and that is the only entrance.

Sold us a floor model chair instead of a new one when we bought at the new from box price. Bill of sale was a slip of paper with price and paid in cash. No manufactured booklets or warranty info. Sleezy business practice. Will not buy from ever again.

0 stars. Paid almost $900.00 for a chair, it popped apart twice in less than a year and a half. First time it took over a month to get it fixed, a month or so later, it popped apart again. Was told that someone would come to look at it a week ago, nobody showed or called. Called to see what was up, and was told the woman who handled that stuff was on vacation for 3 weeks. Either shop other places, or save yourself the money and get a chair out of the dumpster if that is the quality you are looking for.
