I recently stopped by the Fit2Run store in coconut point this past week as i have been in the market of purchasing some new running shoes. I usually do all my ordering online as its no hassle and quick and convenient. But when i stopped in the store i was took back at the amazing selection there was to choose from. Not only was the store clean, neat, and inviting, the staff was so eager to help me and take the time to find out my needs and what i really was looking for to provide the best fit and option. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, as well as attentive, they made my experience fun and unforgettable. I know as a customer we have the choice of where to spend our money, and the wonderful staff at Fit2Run gave me such a great experience. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else for my running shoes. Thank you Chris and your wonderful staff for making my experience so enjoyable. I will 100 percent shop at this location again when i need new runners.

Our visit was great. My nephew is wanting to start cross country. The staff was excellent at explaining everything. He had my nephew try on 6 or 7 pairs of shoes after evaluating his stride, structure and shoe size. With each pair the input of my nephew was carefully noted, helping direct staff to the correct manufacturer and model of training shoes. Overall our visit lasted an hour. We were never rushed or pushed towards one brand or another. The goal of the staff was to only fit my nephew with the most comfortable, reliable and necessary shoes to be able to train, compete, excel and enjoy in the upcoming season. Thank you so much for your expertise and guidance.

Chris Colon and team were very welcoming upon entering the store. We didn’t know what shoes would fit us best. Team helped us along the way helping us find the perfect shoes for our feet! 5 stars for them. Will be making my next purchase again at Fit2Run

Just leaving the store, did not purchase and definitely do not recommend. Horrible customer service. I walked in and there were roughly 5 employees. Two of which were helping another couple. One at the register and another on his phone. I asked if he could help and he let out an audible sigh as if I were interrupting his screen time. Instead of the question I was going to ask I just asked if they had a shoe in a particular size. Without even looking at the shoe he walks to the “back” is back within a minute and says “nope” goes right back to his phone. As the other two employees finish helping with another customer I overhear them saying “thank god” “ I can’t stand going through so many shoes with people” “I know after awhile I just say yeah that looks great” they both laugh and say “ plus that’s just so exhausting on my social battery” like what? You’re working kid, on customer service. If you’re not willing to help or you know, do your job then find something else. I highly recommend not spending your hard earned money on an expensive pair of shoes that their employees aren’t even willing to promote. I know I’ll never buy from here.

I was excited to go shopping for a new pair of running sneakers here. The store has a good variety of sneakers.

Unfortunately, the staff seemed as if they were bothered by answering basic questions. I actually had another customer more helpfully try to assist me in understanding the difference in running shoes.

The store seems poorly managed and needs to better train its representatives.

These workers are so knowledgeable and well trained! We’ve been multiple times and each person to help us knows their stuff and answers every question about the shoes perfectly! 15/10 recommend!
