Cody, helped me find the perfect shoe combining stability and my difficult sizing. He ordered the shoes. They came in within 7 to 10 days and when I came in he helped fit and make sure that they were proper. Cody did an excellent job. This has always been my experience at fitness sports. The employees go to the highest level of customer service. And their products are second to none.

I am in a lot of foot pain and visited the store out of desperation. The reviews led me there. The woman who helped me was extremely sympathetic and knowledgeable. She helped me get into a pair of New Balance 1080s so I can make it through the next couple weeks until I'm able to see a orthopedic doctor. Really great service and my shoes are amazing. Whether you're a runner or just need a professional assessment of your foot and shoe needs, definitely recommend visiting this store!

I had a great first experience. Seth took me through a gait analysis and selected several shoes that matched my foot. I appreciate that my experience was unique to my foot and running style. I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Fitness Sports. I’m a walker and have had some problems with my feet. Logan evaluated my gait and measured my feet for size, which is normal, but then noticed that my instep would benefit from a different shoe than I was asking for. I bought a great pair of comfortable shoes that I am looking forward to traveling in. Thanks Logan!!

I recently got back into training to participate in the DesMoines Corporate Games, and was dealing with a lot of foot fatigue. As well as tendinitis flair ups. Previously, I would go to a general sporting goods store to buy my running shoes, thinking there's really not a difference in them. After, visiting Fitness Sports in Clive and having a consultation with a member of the team, I found out I couldn't have be more wrong. They got me set up with a pair of shoes and inserts that immediately relieved my tendinitis. I was able to test them in the store. Then, when it came to track events a week later, I ended up running in all of them and didn't dealing with a single flair up or bout of foot fatigue. I will only be buying my running shoes from here moving forward, and when my kid eventually gets to the age, I will also be going here. A lot of knowledge, and extremely friendly. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Walked in close to closing and received immediate and thorough attention from staff. Kyle provided excellent service and recommendations, taking time to look at my step and suggesting shoes and supports that would make my exercise more comfortable. Hats off to Kyle and Fitness Sports for providing excellent customer service.

Absolute game changer. Kyle in Clive was able to assist us and three other parties at the same time all while being very informative and with a positive attitude. I have big blocky Fred Flinstone flat feet and until going to Fitness Sports had the attitude that I just hate wearing shoes. Kyle was able to assist me into the correct size and style shoe for me. The shoes are great and it was one of the rare positive consumer experiences as of late.

I recently visited Fitness Sports in search of a new pair of athletic shoes, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and valued. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences before expertly guiding me through their selection. Not only did they have an extensive range of high-quality shoes to choose from, but their knowledge and expertise in fitting ensured that I found the perfect pair for my needs. The staff's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set Fitness Sports apart. I left the store feeling confident and supported in my fitness journey, thanks to the exceptional service I received. I can't recommend Fitness Sports highly enough to anyone in search of top-notch athletic gear and unparalleled customer care. Thank you to the entire team for a fantastic experience!
