Lori was very awesome in helping us create a perfect dream gym we always wanted. She made sure we got all of our equipment in a timely manner and even called to make sure that day everything went smoothly. She's the best! The quality of equipment for the price , you can't beat it.

Steve was very helpful and knowledgeable with what we were needing for our home gym. Great customer service and he was also very friendly. We got our equipment within 4 days and the guys who installed the equipment were very professional and careful with bringing in the home gym. We are definitely coming back for more equipment. Made a purchase from here. Customer service is non-existent. Sales person didn't seem to care at all don't think it could have gone any worse if they tried and even in the end they didn't seem to care. Reached out for help and on a missing piece and never got had to reach out to the manufacturer since he couldn't send the missing piece either. Go here if you expect problems and no one to care at all.

Good selection, no pressure from staff. I took my time looking at what I wanted and wasn’t bothered. If serious about fitness equipment would recommend a visit.
