We have had pretty good experience here. Our last visit was stellar. Our sales person, Chase was super helpful and friendly. Walked us through a thorough fitting brought out ao many shoes for my son to try on so he could find the exact shoes he wanted.

Was really excited to go here because I heard they do a fitting for new shoes. I must have picked a bad day or time - I went Sunday right when they opened and NFL live was on the TV and I got the impression I was interrupting the guy who helped me. For the custom fitting, all he had me do was stand on a mat and then he brought me some shoes. I had to keep asking questions and was just getting very short answers, no explanations about the features of the shoes or why he picked them. Ultimately just wasn’t happy with the experience so I decided to leave and try a different store (glad I did because they did an AMAZING job fitting me and the shoes the guy at fleet feet brought me ended up being not at all what I needed, they weren’t stability shoes).
The store has a lot of good reviews so maybe it was just a bad time or caught the guy on a bad day but it was not a good experience and glad I went to another store.

Amazing service!! Matt was happy to help me from the moment I walked in. He was knowledgeable, scanned my feet and told me what each part of the reading meant. He pulled great options and patiently waiting for me to walk around in each one. I felt like I was in good hands. He also mentioned there’s a 30 (or 60 I don’t remember) day return policy which made me feel safe with the purchase.

The customer service I received was top notch. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The gentleman that assisted me was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. I have purchased shoes at other stores and was extremely unhappy with the purchase due to them not being comfortable or supportive on long walks. Here at Fleet Feet, I was scanned and provided with several options based upon my scan. I ultimately chose the shoe that was recommended by the clerk.
First day on the trail in my new shoes, I went 10 miles. The shoes were just as described. I had no pain while walking for the first time in awhile.
Great Job! I will definitely be back when I need a new pair.

VERY knowledgeable staff. I don't remember his name, but one of the part-time guys went WAY above and beyond to help me out. This particular store got me into my first real pair of runners, and has been helpful ever since. (I don't live in CHA, but when I'm there, I go by!)
