Awesome experience. I was a little intimidated because I’m not a runner or an athlete at all. But they treated me just like they would any other. I was scanned and fitted with a few different pairs of shoes until I found the perfect fit. And the prices were comparable to any other shoe store that won’t give you a lick of service.
If you’re having issues with your shoes or feet, I cannot recommend this place enough! Science backed approach with employees that listen and are driven to help you, not just sell you what ever they can to make a buck. 100000/10 would recommend!

I’m in the medical field and stand all day. The store has good running shoes and good high cushion options. The force plate assessment is quick and was helpful for seeing pressure points and how I walk, and from someone with a medical background I knew their interpretation of the results were correct. Everyone was very friendly and helpful

I went to Fleet Feet to address an issue with my feet hurting and prematurely wearing out new shoes.

The associate scanned my feet and took me through an analysis of my gait. She explained some of the unique aspects of my feet and gait and why I might be experiencing pain. She selected 3 running shoes for me to try on, and when I mentioned I was looking for something a little more profile for everyday use, she had me try a flexible insole which was quite helpful and could be inserted into a lower profile walking shoe with a wide toe box. She also gave me some great recommendations for lower profile walking shoes which they didn’t even sell at their store.

I was happy to purchase the insoles and thankful to learn so much helpful information about reducing foot pain.
