Larry at Fleet Feet Broad Ripple was awesome! My wife recently has gotten more into running and started experiencing pains due to bad shoes. He listened to her goals and what was going on, analyzed her gait, and ultimately helped her find a pair of shoes and inserts that has her jazzed to log more miles this fall! Excellent and timely service from knowledgeable staff who are realistic about meeting needs for varying levels of runners. The clerk was quite friendly and efficient at getting me out of the pits with fresh rubber to go burn, so that was cool. Plus being located in the heart of Broad Ripple Village, one experiences the bounties of the local running community and its enthusiasm for getting out there! Great spot for particular shoe needs.

We were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable sales guy when we walked in the door. He listened to what I was looking for in a shoe, asked questions and performed a step and gait evaluation. He then offered a broad range of choices with reasons for each choice. Prices are market. The customer service and selection are great!

Love this store. Team is super awesome and very honest about the products, but they never push or pressure you to buy anything. They really understand running because they are all runners and actually use the products. Fleet feet gives excellent loyalty rewards and discounts, I don't know that I've ever paid full price for anything. Store is clean and there's never a wait, someone's always willing to help you. I am currently enrolled in one of the training programs, and it's been a game changer. Highly recommend for everyone, even beginners.

Workers here are lacking common sense. Called to see if I could return shoes I bought online from new balance because maps pulls this place up as a new balance not fleet feet. (They knew that) They never mentioned being fleet feet on the phone but they said they could do our exchange. We arrive for them to essentially say this is not new balance we can’t help you, maps brings us up as New balance. Just not sure why they didn’t clarify this on the phone ahead of time and instead made me waste my time coming there!

Fleet Feet in Broad Ripple is the best. My first visit was a great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I love the socks I bought to walk the mini. They are so comfortable. They have a wide variety of socks, shoes and many things you’ll want for running, walking and lots of outdoors stuff!

I was favorably impressed with my experience purchasing running shoes at the Broad Ripple store. The rep was extremely knowledgeable. He was ready with helpful information, but he was not overly aggressive in directing my purchase. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve purchased running shoes here.

Great shop. I was helped right away when I walked in. I did a foot scan and talked through different options. The associate was able to tell me what he likes about each option and what he didn't. Great experience!!!
