My friend and I stop by 40 mins before closing and BEN was the only staff working the floor. He has very helpful in answering our questions as we are first time long distance runners and has so many questions. He was patience, very knowledgeable about shoes and extremely professional.

I wasn’t even planning on buying console but he did a great job at explaining to me why I need them and how it will help with my arch.

I went in looking for a supportive but cushion-y shoe. I asked to see a lot of different kinds that were just not working for my feet. Ben brought out a pair that I didn’t ask for but I ended up loving and buying them! Ben was so great and helpful, he definitely has a knack for helping people find good shoes! I brought my ten year old son here to find some proper running shoes. They only had one type available but he liked them and they fit his feet well. I appreciated them scanning his feet to make sure he got the best fit possible. They also helped me with some laces better suited for him.

Do some work and research what you want, and what running goals you have. It makes it a lot easier talking with staff that work at a running store, but don't run or understand the "Runner's Life". Carol was super friendly, and even showed me how to look up sales items on their fleetfeet website. Hopefully next time they'll have Trail Running socks .
