Spa Day experience for buying the best athletic shoes and more!!?
The lady who attended to me really did an amazing job. She made me feel special, pampered, and exclusive face to face interaction, and dedicated to each detail. She did the foot scan for me and went over my goals and then found like 5 pairs of shoes and inserts and even socks!!! I ended up choosing the Ocean shoes and loved them. It was like a spa day for buying shoes. Truly feel the difference.
‍⚕️I loved that she let me talk with another Nurse Anesthesiologist who came in in uniform and was wearing one of the similar brand UQ or QU shoes and got her opinion too. I absolutely adored the experience and the look, feel, walking in the shoes and the posh athletic socks wow omg it totally made a world of a difference.?‍♀️?

Natasha was the best! She was so sweet and bubbly! She helped my husband and I with the feet and stride scanner equipment and did a great job explaining everything about our feet. She was patient with helping my husband try on a bunch of shoes and made sure he got the best fit. She made my day by letting me try on the newly released Brooks Glycerin Max’s. It was like walking on pillows. We both bonded over them because they were that amazing! She felt like a friend and made our shopping experience special and personable!! Overall, phenomenal customer service!

After shopping at Fleet Feet one time, I have decided that I would never just go to any other store to buy shoes. It really makes a difference and you know that you’ve got the right pair of shoes on your feet because of their 3-D scanning technology and the ability to take the shoes out for a test run. All that aside, the staff really takes the time to explain results with you and take you through all the shoes in the store until you find the right pair. One last thing to mention is that they carry shoes that you can’t find in other shoe stores. Last night, for example, they had representatives from Brooks doing a demo on their newest shoe. To me, it’s more than just a running store, it’s a lifestyle improvement!

I came into the store today to purchase a pair of sneakers. The store was not busy at all. No one greeted me or asked if they could help me. There was a person on his phone doing nothing, one person looked at me and went to the back. Two other people were helping a family. I was in the store for twenty minutes looking at shoes on the shelf and still no one even tried to assist me in any way. I will not be back due to poor customer service!

I had great individualized help and I felt zero pressure to buy. The people who helped me were so patient and were committed to helping me find the right shoes. They had the great idea to try a men's size to get extra room in width of the shoe; now I finally have tennis shoes that are comfortable! The return policy of 60 days, no questions asked, is unbeatable.
