I shop Fleet Feet for the remarkable customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction! I came in for socks, and left with my newest favorite sandal brand! I didn’t know they carried them! And they had my size 11’s! Bonus, I left with fun socks for dress-up day at school and a Christmas gift for a friend! I’ll be back on December 1st for the Balegas!!

Went to get fitted for running shoes as the ones I had weren’t working for me. I didn’t have to wait long to get my fitting started, I went on a Saturday morning. Shout out to Keith for helping me get fitted. He was great at explaining the different metrics. Clearly very knowledgeable on shoes. His first shoe recommendation ended up being the ones I bought, he was also able to recommend some recovery sandals that I purchased as well. Very friendly atmosphere in store and I had a great time/experience!

The customer service was fantastic. I was met almost instantly when I arrived and was asked what I was looking for so the proper shoe could be obtained. After doing the 3D scan of the feet I was shown the scan and told what in meant. I was brought three pairs of shoes and was able to try them on and make a choice based on all the information and the feeling of the shoes. In and out in less than 20 minutes!!! Had my first run in my new Hokas and loved them!!!!

My 12 yr old recently made the cross country team and Feet Fleet was recommended by my boss as a place that actually knows and shoes and cares about people. We were greeted immediately at the door by Paul and he got right to work measuring my daughter's feet and explaining her results and which shoe would work the best for her. She has off the charts high instep and foot arches as well as walks on the outsides of her feet. He educated us throughout the whole process and we both felt very comfortable the entire time. I am very happy and will definitely be back!

I visited Fleet Feet on Ospry in Sarasota in need of some sciatica friendly shoes. I was met almost immediately by Chris. He took me through the entire FF foot exam then placed me in a pair of tennis shoes that changed the walking with sciatica game for me almost immediately. Chris was sympathetic, patient and very knowledgable. I will definitely be back.

What an amazing store! From the moment my Daughter and I walked in the store we were welcomed with smiling faces. Reece was our fit expert and he was nothing short of amazing. He had a wonderful personality and went through lots of shoes to find me the right fit! He deserves a raise!! Any owner of any business should look for employees like Reece. What a blessing he was to me!
