Very nice little shop with a good selection to choose from. Friendly staff. I shopped there on Black Friday and came back the next day to purchase my slippers. Asked if I could still get the Black Friday price since I was there yesterday and she said Yes!

We rolled in 10 minutes before closing last week and the staff was super friendly and offered to reserve a pair of Rainbows for me when the next delivery came. They had a great selection and a cool staff! Thanks for the flip flops!

This place was locked up and I waited there for a half an hour to 45 minutes for somebody to come back. There was no sign on the door or nothing to let us know if they were even coming back. I bought sandels and literally walked out and came back an hour and a half later to exchange them for a bigger size like I originally wanted but was talked into getting a smaller size thinking the guy that was helping me was a professional. Only to find out no they would not take them back and they said that they were too worn. So I bought the bigger size anyway but was totally disappointed in the way they handled this they definitely could've resold them no problem.

This is the sandels I bought both which one looks used to you? You could've offered me a discount I found the same pair up north at 20 bucks less. Don't try to blame it on your manufacture he recommended the smaller pair as it fit better that's poor customer service on your part and the fact that you have other reviews complaining about nobody being there during the middle of a day says it all! Mahalo!!!!!!

Came to the shop when it was "open" but it wasn't. Literally has an "open" sign on it but doors are locked. Second time I've tried shopping here but you're not open when you say you're open. Apparently looking at the other reviews sounds like you don't care about that though lol ✌️

And yes, I'll look elsewhere thanks

Came May long weekend. Sat evening and Sun morning. During store hours. But store was closed. No note or list of hours or anything. Very poor. Other customers were also waiting. Looks like employee went to the beach for long weekend and didn’t inform the manager.

Just took an Uber to this location specifically, and arrived at the doors a few minutes after 8pm to the store being closed. Your times on Google Maps shows close times as of 9pm every night of the week, and you also had a person counting the register with the door lights off and doors locked when we arrived @8ish. What time do you close? If it is different than 9pm, Could you please update your operating hours on Google Maps please? I will be stopping by tomorrow to pick up a pair for the beach, and I hope to see ya'll open.

Here for the great responses left for all the patient and understanding customers the world has. Keep up the good work, nothing like some rain to ruin a good sandals shopping experience! I naught two pairs today, they were open and happy to provide a discount for buying a second pair.
