I've had foot problems all my life. I'm flat footed, knocked kneed, and my feet rolled inward. I just happened to drive by this place and decided to stop. Mike was so helpful and explained exactly what the problem was and how they could correct it. He also discovered that I had one leg almost .5 inch longer than the other. I've never been able to stand or walk for over an hour without pain. My lower back, my ankles, my knees and hips were all affected by my feet. I walked out of there with orthopedic inserts that addressed all my problems and have been pain-free since! I'm so happy with my inserts and the help I received. Mike really knows his stuff!

Mike and Rosie are very helpful!! They get it right when it comes to foot problems. I have a very stable foundation for my feet now. I am a licensed massage therapist and very hard on my feet and shoes. The orthotic inserts you receive are made from your own foot impressions. Even if you have flat feet you can get your foot impression made before your foot flattens in an orthotic!!! The world is a much better place for me because i walk better, feel better, knees are better too. Go to foot solutions!! They get it right!!

After my doctor diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis, he gave me an anti-inflammatory and recommended I find someone to fit me with proper footwear. After a little online research, I found Foot Solutions Little Rock and made an appointment. Mike Smith took the time to explain and show me why I was having so much pain, when I walk. Mike did some diagnostics and made recommendations. It didn't take long to see I had been wasting my money on big box store shoe inserts. I can't explain to you how much more comfortable it was to walk when I left the store.
