I didn’t know what to expect but the service and products are second to none. Orthopedic inserts are created thru 3D pictures of your feet. Everything about the process in buying shoes that are made for each individual and their feet is top notch. I heartily recommend this business.

This is the best customer service I ever received! The employees at this location went above and beyond to make sure I had the right fit for my insoles. The salesman Dev that helped me out was extremely nice and professional and so was the store manager May. I highly recommend this store!

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. May was patient and took time to address my concerns. She helped me get into some better orthotics and shoes for my feet. This is not just a shoe store. They know how to make your feet happy!

I've seen several podiatrists and I believe this store has better tools available for custom orthotics at comparable prices.

Foot Solutions Service is always exceptional. May works with me, understands my needs and knows which shoes and brands fit. She shows me great options and takes as much time as I need. May is very knowledgeable about foot wear and orthopedics of foot issues and know and understand how to match your feet with properly fitting shoe wear. This is the only store that I have found that can fit my unique foot needs.

The young man who helped me last week provided knowledgeable, helpful and very patient assistance. Though I have two pair of Finns for summer, I was in need of something for the fall and winter.
