The girl that helped us was amazing I believe her name is Diana and she made sure to go above and beyond to make the experience superb! She explained how our feet were and what we can do to help them! I came in with a couple people and she took the time to break it down to each and every one of us. I couldn’t have been happier with the service she provided! We made two transactions here and one was made based off of her recommendation. I would highly recommend to come here and give this place a visit if you need any shoes or footwear they have so many options and they price match as well!!

Robert showed me excellent service. I am healing my right foot for it has been broken. The doctor recommended Hokas. Robert outfitted me with a pair of Hoka shoes and Oofo sandals. Very happy with the above and beyond service that was provided. Thank you ?

I love the new Olukai slippers I bought from this store! These are seriously the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. If you recently developed plantar fasciitis and heel spurs (like I did), going to Footwear Etc is a must. Before coming to this store, I bought footwear on Amazon and just ended up returning them. (Specialty footwear is just one of those things that one should buy in person, not online imho.) The staff here are all friendly and seem to know their stuff. They’ll give an honest review of the product and expert recommendations. Thank you to Robert, an awesome sales associate!

I left this store feeling very disappointed. I went in to exchange some hokas I purchased online. The hoka website says we can return or exchange their shoes in Footwear, etc. When I walked in, a young, blue-eyed gentleman said that they actually stopped accepting online returns 2 weeks ago. The way he said it was kinda weird, it felt like he was making it up. He paused for a moment, looked at me up & and down, then said, "we actually don't do that anymore," with a slight smirk. I thought he just didn't want to return an online order. I was really excited to get some new hokas that actually fit. I was going to purchase 2 pairs because I'm traveling soon. The hoka website should remove these locations from their website if the associates are going to turn customers away. Especially if they're lying about accepting online returns. I returned my shoes at the Xpress shipping store right down the street & I'm glad I did because the associate was so friendly! I ended up buying my hokas at Sports Basement. They have MUCH better variety & friendlier staff.

Could not be happier! I took my daughter there to get shoes that fit correctly and did not aggravate her achilles tendon issues. She is on her feet all day teaching 3rd grade. We left with three pairs of shoes and even a slip on for her to wear at home after work. she was amazed at how great they felt. She also got some inserts with good arch support for her new Brooks running shoes. We are both very happy. The staff understand foot issues and are so very helpful. Their shoe selection is excellent. I would recommend them highly!

I am impressed with how they are handling customers during the pandemic. When I called ahead they gave me clear information on their hours and how many people were allowed in the store at a time, per clerks available. They also told me when was a good time to come, for when there weren't many people, and when I arrived they offered hand cleanser, checked my temperature, and made sure I was wearing a mask. The clerk working with me was professional, courteous, and friendly, measuring my foot and explaining options for the type of shoe I wanted. I felt quite comfortable shopping there, and I will likely go back next time I need another pair of shoes.
