I went to get work shoes on New Year's Eve at 2:00 pm and even though they closed at 3:00pm for the holiday, I was not rushed and even got my foot measured and tried on 3 different pairs , the service was above EXCELLENT,💯 ( And,she didn't know I was going to give a review) 👍 I will be back, if you need work shoes, Boots or anything don't hesitate about getting work shoes from here!! 👍💯 J. Easy commute from the west side of Indy ....the sales lady was the most pleasant interaction as well as very knowledgeable about the various footwear they had to offer . The venue was easy to find as well as safe and clean. A very good experience. 5 stats

Small store but good variety of boots. All of their shoes are steel toed. Good for construction workers. There is also a small selection of steel toe tennis shoes and safety neon coats. Price is a bit high tho.

Nice selection.. the guy behind the counter had zero social skills. He did get the boots that I requested to try on, but didn’t say anything. Stayed behind the desk and was either on the computer or his phone, not sure which.
My co-workers advises that we received a discount there, but upon arrival he ask where I worked, but no discount given. It was ok, I needed the boots anyway!
I would return, but would hope that I get a different person that was more engaged in my needs.

We made a second trip here because they were closed on the first trip. We didn't know until we got there. We checked everything available online. It was worth the second trip. My husband bought the boots he wanted. He is very happy with them. They are open on Tuesday and Thursday . He got great service. Yes we'll go back again.

It's been a while since I've been there, the one time only, I had some of the worst service ever. Back when I worked for crappy Coca-Cola, this store got the contract for footwear, for Coke's employees. The service felt like they were pretty much phoning it in… Which gave the impression of somebody who under bid on a contract just to get it and wasn't really going to put a lot of effort into it because of a short sale or something. One would think that it would be an excellent contract and a big one at that, to the point where anyone would be grateful for the business.
I hardly got three words out of the dude, and he stayed across the room behind the counter the whole time. Like someone who was playing their phone or something.
The whole experience was just uncomfortable, but I really needed the boots. In the end the boots were uncomfortable as well, and the wrong size, to boot,
(All puns sort of intended).
Maybe it was just that guy, maybe he was tired of dealing with Coca-Cola's employees, as I was one of the last. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know I haven't been back since and don't plan to.☹️
