I'm obsessed with the deals here! While I don't find something in the clothing everytime I go, their jewelry has something for every outfit. While I wish they had more business casual clothes, I do like some of their others because of how flowy and textured their pieces are. The few they do are standouts because they are not neutrals.

I really enjoy the clothing and gifts in this store. However, going in this location can leave a bad taste in your mouth depending on what workers are present. I have been twice where the two young girls working were extremely sweet, helpful, and attentive to what I needed to find, and genuinely welcoming. They are the ONLY reasons I’m giving this location two stars, because they really deserve zero stars for customer service. I have been in this store on multiple other occasions where the employees will be actively talking/helping other customers in the store and blatantly ignore me, see me walk in and just stare without saying one word, or, my favorite, I have walked in where employees have been at the front of the store directly by the door, they’ll hear it open, look up and see me, not say one word, then go back to what they were doing and ignore me as I walk past them into the store. It’s a shame that you have to beg for acknowledgment and help 9/10 at this location. I’ve tried to give them chance after chance and besides those sweet girls i encountered twice, I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the staff. Each time I go into this store, I need help looking for an item and it’s sad that I can’t get it, or even a simple hello from majority of these young, female workers. I have walked out time and time again without spending a dime when I was open to spending good money on items I was searching for. I will most definitely take my business to a Francesca’s location that cares about customer service. DO BETTER.

Love the store! Very clean and well organized and the staff was very helpful! Trinity set up a dressing room for me without me having to ask and answered all the questions I had!

the girls behind the counter did not greet or acknowledge me and were gossiping and cussing the entire time. nice clothes but i didn’t buy anything.

Love the stuff they have but I have been in multiple times and the staff say nothing to me. :/
