Poor customer service. I called to ask if I could get measurements done for tuxedos for my wedding party. The guy wouldn’t let me get my party measured because I was not renting the tuxedos from them as we already had a different business doing dresses. Anyone should be able to go get measured for tuxedos at a place that does tuxedo rentals.

I recently rented suites for my wedding from Franklin St Clothing. My husband & I are not from Pella but fell in love with a venue there. We knew Franklin St was next door to the venue so when we were ready to find suites, I called and spoke to Mike. He made the whole process go so smoothly especially since we are from out of town and couldn’t easily stop by the store. I knew I wanted our groomsmen in one color & my husband and our dads in a different color. Mike sent me links to look at options online. Once I picked what I wanted, Mike did the rest. It was a stress free process! We had to make a few last minute changes (adding another ring bearer) and Mike made it seem like no problem. It was great to meet Mike in store when we came to Pella the week before our wedding. His customer service is exceptional and makes you feel welcomed & important as soon as you walk thru the door.

My now husband and I worked with Mike to decide the suits needed for our November wedding. Mike made it super easy for Zak to decide what he was looking for and guided us in the best looking direction too (we didn't know exactly what we wanted). He was very informative and easy to work with; always pleasant and kind. I got a little nervous getting the suits in the week of our wedding for the final fitting but it all worked out perfectly as Mike had said it would! Definitely recommend this local business! The guys looked so sharp!

I happened upon Franklin Street Clothing yesterday as my family and I just decided to move to Pella and I was touring downtown shops. I walked into the store and said, "I love this place". I then met the owner Mike and was so impressed by his friendliness and helpfulness. I was able to find shirts for my entire family including my husband who is hard to fit due to his height. I can't wait to visit Franklin Street Clothing again!

Best clothing store in Pella! There is something for everyone in the family - men, women, and children! High quality jeans, tuxes, blouses, accessories. Custom made t shirts and sweatshirts. And the service is incredible! Couldn't ask for a better shopping experience!!
