This was one of the worst retail experiences of my life. Don’t get me wrong I love the store and the clothes but the girls who are hired there DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPECT. If I am the owner of this store and care about my clients and my sales I would either rehire or train my stuff to be more friends and respectful and helpful towards others. Giving them the side eyes and not asking them for help and giving major attitude if someone went to the fitting room without their permission is just extremely unprofessional. This Irvine spectrum locations staff is an example of who not to hire especially the girl with the black framed glasses and her major attitude towards women. Word of advice for business owner care about who you hire. This isn’t the first bad experience with the staff in your store in this particular location. Thank you.

Free People is my favorite Brand of clothing .
I actually only buy online because there is a larger Selection.
I went to Irvine Spectrum in Irvine , CA and was so disappointed at the customer service.
I was completely ignored and had to ask for help multiple times.
One of the employees especially was rude to me. I didn’t get her name but she was a young pretty Asian girl with long hair.
She acted like I wasn’t there and did not smile or try to engage me.
I work in retail at a high end store and would have never hired those girls.
I asked the Asian girl if she was an associate named Kelani who I had talked on the phone to the day before who was very friendly and she said no!
Well I will be telling people to order online. It’s not worth going into the store.

Love free people, the clothes are beautiful, the brand is super unique and fun, however, my experiences at this particular store have not been positive. The staff all follow you and made me feel uncomfortable..

Sales associates are so very rude every time I shop here. Emma yelled at me because she thought it was more important to stand in front of the clothes rack pretending to work rather than step aside to let us SHOP. She scrunched her nose up at me like a child throwing a tantrum (or a very ugly skunk) and actually argued with us. Unbelievably unprofessional. Emma needs to learn manners and customer service skills. Will never return again. She should be embarrassed. Shame on you and your associate for being so blatantly rude!!!

Great place to shop but the interaction with the diverse clientele i.e. non white has to be more genuine. There were 2 anglo couples that were treated like gold and we felt like 2nd class citizens.

I waited for.my wife in front of the changing rooms facing the opposite direction and got dirty looks from the "Karen's" working there. Come on guys. I spent over $200 there on 2 pieces of clothing, and still felt like a stranger. Please be kind and demonstrate what you sign says..."FREE PEOPLE". Or is that just a gimmick?

Not the place to shop if you want your money's worth. All clothes are from indian villages that (if you travel there) you'd get for under 20$. Cannot in my right mind spend 100$+ to look like I did when I was on my free spirit/ *not consumeristic* village life.

Disappointed that I was the only one in the store wearing a mask. This made me feel unsafe and not into looking around the store. I made my online return and got out of there. I did not have a problem with the customer service.
