I waited way too long to return to this store for a new pair of shoes. The young man who helped us out was very nice and listened to what I was wanting. He brought out a small selection of shoes to try on and I paid and walked out with my new pair on! We won't wait so long to return for my next pair.

I had recently went to Front Runner because I had a bad experience with another running store. I had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Chad! He was able to make some great recommendations based on what I had wanted to do in the shoes and got me the perfect cross training shoe to be able to run, lift, and row. It’s the perfect balance of cushion and firmness and I love it! He also helped me select a running watch to track my progress in my fitness journey and it’s exceeded my expectations! I can’t say enough good things about Chad or the store. Great service, great products, and great pricing. I’ll be choosing front runner from now on!

My mother came to this store today and I honestly wish I had been with her. She could barely walk and had on a boot. She was referred by her doctor to get an insole for her boot. She walked in and the younger guy who was in the front never greeted her and walked directly to the back. An older gentleman came to the front and finally asked if she needed shoes. She responded no, and said she needed insoles. He went and got the insoles and went to register without saying anything. She was struggling to take her boot off, and she realized he wanted her to pay first. Well, how about asking are you ready to check out or something!! She hobbled to the register to pay and went back to put her boot on. She said she was having trouble putting the boot back on. The man never asked if she needed assistance watched her struggling! While she was putting on her boot, the Brooks shoe representative came in and another customer. Both were greeted with friendly smiles and conversation. Maybe work on your customer service for people who don’t look like Caucasian males! My mother actually wears Brooks shoes so you lost a wonderful potential customer! I never write reviews but the people need to know how this business operates!

Chad the manger called my mom to personally apologize! I also spoke with him and he was so kind! I really appreciated it because it showed that he really cared. Some companies would not bother to reach out. It really showed me how much he cares about his store and what a great manager he is!

My family and I have had wonderful experiences with this company. The staff always ensures I get a proper fit and view as many styles as I'd like! I've found them polite, courteous, and welcoming! They are willing to answer as many questions as I ask. I have plantar fasciitis and their suggestion led me to the most comfortable shoes in the world without inserts! I broke my leg 2 years ago and needed very comfortable and supportive shoes as I transitioned back to normal walking. Front Runner was recommended by my physical therapist. The staff at Front Runner worked with me to find the best shoe for comfort and support in my situation. I go back there twice a year now to order the same shoe. They have great socks too!
