Not my first time taking a project here but sure is the last! Took in an item to be embroidered. Told backed up; 3 week wait. Okay, stopped in 5 weeks later and was told
“We have bigger customers than you. They come first!” Tried to give me my item unfinished but couldn’t locate. One week later received a text that the item was done.
When I went in to the store, two new signs.
“We are backed up and will get to your items in the order they are received.” Hope they start following this rule!

Tried to order adult sized soccer pinnies online through Amazon but had all sorts of trouble trying to determine sizes, colors and style and also was never sure where it was coming from or when it would be delivered. Found out that EmbroidMe has the ability to get XL adult sized pinnies and they are exactly what I wanted. Glad to have local businesses who can supply me with what I need.

placed an order over the phone, emailed what i needed to duplicate and it turned out terrific! we needed last minute tball shirts for my son and my nephew and EmbroidMe had them done in less then 24 hours!! They are perfect !! I am so pleased with them!! Thank you so much! I would highly recommend and come back!

Because EmbroidMe is a locally owned business, I am hesitant to tell you to completely skip them the next time you need their services. However, my experience with them has been PRETTY PATHETIC. I came into the store 3 different times to pick up an order. Each time the order was not ready. The second time I stopped by, the man working the counter took my name and phone number. He told me that he'd call in a few days when the shirts were ready. He never called! I have some serious concerns about this company's reliability. I WAS VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICE and would think twice before using them.

Most of the reviews on here are old and not from the new owners. The new owners are INCREDIBLE!! They helped me out in a fast turn around situation. Prices are very fair and customer service is perfect. I will not go anywhere else for my businesses uniform needs and you shouldn’t either!

If I could find another embroidery I would! If I could give 0 stars I would! My son's school requested that parents bring the children's uniform shirts here to be embroidered with the school logo. Here it is the Saturday before school and no shirts!! My kindergartener starts school Monday, and I won't be able to get a picture of him in his uniform for his first day ever of school!! I am furious!! The lady tells me they will deliver them to the school when they're done and the school will understand why the children are out of uniform. I dropped off only 4 shirts 2 weeks ago!!! ONLY 4!!

We ordered 3 team uniforms from Tim before Memorial day for our tournament tomorrow in kokomo (July 1st) 5 WEEKS AGO. It is 3:22pm the night before our tourney and we are STILL without uniforms - He does NOT stick to promise times, has horrible customer service & WE PAID HALF DOWN as requested too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unacceptable!!!! Now he's saying he has wrong sizes and wrong #s ordered so we have to change everything, who's going to reimburse me my $137 in spirit wear I ordered with my daughters number all over it- to find out now she is a different number........ NOT HAPPY!!!

Absolutely love this place. They've done an amazing job with my company's apparel over the past decade. They always go above and beyond for us, they quality is top notch, and they always get orders in ahead of schedule.
