The manager Cecily was soo kind & helpful while I was browsing for a funko pop! She was patient, very polite, & helped me looked for some items. Highly recommend. I will definitely be returning because of her!!

As for the store and the selection their prices are decent and is a decent place to get your anime and other hot mainstream items...

However watch out for their 10% discount card that they offer they tell you it's free it's a scam they tell you it cost zero when you ask how much... You're agreeing to a membership card at the register that costs $12 a month after your first month with auto subscription and renewal that is enabled and enacted upon using the card the first time in the free 30-day trial That's why they ask for your ID... If the cashier had at least been honest about the cost of the membership program I would have politely turned it down and we've been giving this place the proper four-star five-star review it deserves instead it gets one star.

Now looking at the program, if I we're going to the movie theaters every week, eating out two three times a week, and could make use of the discount sure.
The program looks actually quite decent but it's the predatory tactics that are the reason for the one star review.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE LYING CROOKS.

I was there on 06-20-2024 and was asked if I wanted the backstage pass rewards card. I asked the lady at the register if it was completely free. She told me that the pricing on the packet she gave me was old, and that it is now available at no cost. Turns out that was a lie.

I have spent a lot of money here over the years. Not anymore.

I guess this is their last ditch effort to make some money before they go out of business.
