My overall experience with Gause and Son was a very happy one. The staff is tremendously helpful and service oriented. The owner, Cammie, is truly a lady. She is professional and takes such pride in your satisfaction. She picked out a beautiful diamond for me and made sure I was dazzled. I highly recommend you make your important gift purchases from a jewelry store that exceeds expectations- that is Gause and Son!

In 2008 my now husband and I shopped around locally to find him the perfect ring. We went to several jewelers where the customer service was sub-par. For our last stop we decided to look at Gause and Son. We were dressed casual but treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. They took time to help us find the perfect ring. While we shopped Mr. Martin cleaned my engagement ring for free. A few weeks after purchasing his ring we received a lovely handwritten note from him in the mail. That meant so much to us and we still have that nite tucked away safely. My only regret is not submitting this review sooner!

Bought a pair of diamond earrings and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Beautiful unique jewelry you won't find on everywhere. Not to mention the employee that helped me was very knowledgeable about what I was asking questions about. Yet when I strolled into the store I was greeted yet given the opportunity to look around at my leisure without being hounded but yet when needed she was quietly waiting.

I've shopped here for many years and I think its Ocala's finest jewelry store. A great selection that you won't find in the mall. Great designer pieces, great service. They've even had special pieces brought in for me to consider before buying. The service is great and I highly recommend Gause & Son to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

When my wedding and engagement had to be cut off and removed for surgery my husband took them to G & Sons for repair. the rings couldn't be repaired. They only had one platinum engagement ring in stock. the jeweler stopped what he was doing to take care of our rings. They replaced the diamond with mine and delivered the rings to Shands the same day. my husband was elated. Thank you one and all. You will always have a special place in our hearts.

I took a Hamilton watch to them and had to leave for two days to change battery. They called me in a couple days and told me it couldn't be repaired because the battery was all corroded. I opened it up and found it was not corroded. Put new battery in and is working find.
