Ran in to purchase a belt and was lucky enough to catch the last day of Black Friday sales. Customer service was top notch as I was reminded of the sale and other discounted items. They have a great wide range of inventory and the knowledge of the representative working the store is stellar. He is always current on what’s out there and is always friendly, personable and professional. Definitely my go to store for military, survival & self defense surplus.

I haven't been in the store since before they split up the rooms but I still found everything I was looking for and when I didn't see it, Angela came over, without having to say a word. Together we just went straight to what I wanted and told me about the product and whether it was a good product in her eyes or suggesting a different one that was better for most customers and had good reviews and so on. Angela is the greatest help I've ever had in ANY store, EVER. Thank you so much for your help and to the boss, I'd do whatever you need to keep her around, she is by far the best CSR I've ever encountered. I'm 51 years old and have been around. Keep up the great work and I'll be back. Ty again

My first time in today, and I was extremely impressed. The young lady, Angela I believe, was over the top helpful and polite.
I tried on a couple pairs of boots and had tons of questions, and she never missed a beat. The boots are great, and the price was very fair.
I joined the loyalty club, because I will definitely be back!

Amazing store, one stop shop for any mil/tactical gear, hats, shirts, etc. Was utterly satisfied!
