Great store with great customer service. I had an issue with the delivery address and although he (do not remember his name) was dealing with some personal stuff he helped me resolve the issue an was very kind . Will do business again.

Exelent service, great prices and very fast shipping. I live out of state and Use gear Barrel when ever I need Christmas or birthday gifts for friends and family. I've never been disappointed. When I have questions about a product, I can call and get detailed and friendly help. They have a passion for good service and good products.

I've dealt with gear barrel a on several occasions and had exemplar customer service. I have called near the end of business hours and had a representative stay after hours to answer questions without an order being placed. Just for information!! You can't get the big stores to do that!! This type of customer service is why I look for family owned businesses to work with! I would recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase anything!! I will continue to do business with them in the future!!

This is a great place to buy well made , American Made knives. I bought a pocket knife from them over the website and it was well priced and shipped promptly. They do great, honest business and are very pleasant to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend The Gear Barrel, and I WILL do business with them again!!!!

Love doing business there I've always had a great experience online and in the store. I can't possibly see how anyone could ever say otherwise Gear Barrel rocks!!! I wanna add after reading more comments I've been making knives for over 3 years now some of my knives have been in the store and not once did ever get ripped off in fact I forgot I had stuff there and walked in and the owner handed me a check and I laughed becouse I completely forgot it was still in the store. If I'm selling a knife I made and someone buys that knife and re sells that knife for double that's Awesome!! That just tells me my stuff is worth more that I thought.
