Visiting my buddy in Jonesboro, he took me to a place I would love - Gearhead. This place was great, carried all of the good brands out there like Patagonia, Altra, etc. Plus the people there are cool - being an avid MTB'r, one of the guys showed me on Trail Forks where all of the good trails at Craigshead Park were. Awesome place!

I took my bike there to get different handlebars , they said it would cost $10.00 , I went back a week later because I didn’t hear from them , they said they couldn’t find the handlebars I wanted ,
I told them to just put my old handlebars back on , they said they lost them . They put a new
handlebar stem on for new bars and new brake cables and levers , that’s not what I wanted ,
it ended up costing me $85.00 , I’ll never go back there and I gave up riding my bike .

Lots of stuff for outdoors, biking, clothing, water bottles, some shoes. I asked about wide Hoka shoes and the lady kept referring to the store (as in ALL the stores) not carrying wide shoes, but online it stated that store had them. I left and went to the other store in the old "Sears" building on hwy 18. The guy there was much more helpful. I ended up buying a pair there. They also didn't have the color I was hoping for.

Bought some shoes here recently and staff really knew the products and explained everything very well, took my Hoko shoes back with a concern and they looked at them and explained the issues. They were pleasant and not condescending to a novice shoe guy, I found it refreshing!

Amazing customer service from Brooks today! He was able to look up exactly what kind of shoe (Hokas!!) I bought last year that I am in love with. Hook me up with a brand new pair, I paid over the phone and they are on they way in the mail! So easy! They are always so friendly and helpful! 12/10 would recommend!

My husband and I stopped in for the first time for some running shoes. We were very impressed by the level and quality of customer service they give you. Got some on clouds just now and they're amazing. Even better was the customer service I received. I had three people helping me and my wife pick out shoes. One guy even brought 5 out at a time. This is a great place to shop!
