Had to order a pair of Thorogood work boots online my size is hard to find. Left was great but the right rubbed my toe. He was able to stretch it and now it's great.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Tammy made finding shoes easy. I have a huge brace that made it impossible to find shoes in a regular shoe store. I kept putting this off going because of the disappointment in other shoe stores. I finally broke down and made the appointment, I went in and sat down with Tammy and just cried, she comforted me and reassured me that we would find the perfect shoe. We did find the perfect shoe. It fits my brace and I can get it a different colors. Thank you Tammy and Darlene for making this experience good.

Great store. Bought the best pair of boots I've had from here. I've worn them for the last 4 years everyday to work. Carolina brand work boots (Made in the USA). Great service and received a great boot education as well. Headed back to have new soles put on.

Got a pair of Neil M boots (Dawson). This brown leather dress boot with genuine welt construction is not only handsome, it may also be the most comfortable footwear I’ve ever put on my size 12 pods. The full-grain premium brown leather presents a vintage look appropriate for dress or casual occasions, which is versatility I absolutely love. I love this footwear.

The staff at Gem allowed me to try on nearly a dozen pair of shoes before I finally settled on the Neil M boots. First impression was fantastic! Tammy took the time to know what I wanted and what I needed. She got me different types of shoes to try on, and before I knew it we had shoes all over the floor. I can’t wait to feel comfortable while at work in my new shoes. I would recommend them to anyone.
