Beautiful suits for the wedding! Great service. Note: There will be alteration charges if you buy a complete suit, regardless of initial measurements. This is custom, fine clothing not off the rack cheap stuff. Thanks for making us look amazing for our special day!

This store is phenomenal! My husband and his groomsmen (and woman) all got their suits from Giorgio and we could not have been more pleased. Everyone looked amazing and felt as good as they looked. The service was unmatched, the kindness shown was incredible, and everyone who worked there helped with anything we needed and answered all of our questions! Cannot recommend Giorgio enough

Great selection of suits and accessories. Friendly staff, Lamar J. helped me select a suit to go with my derby for an upcoming beard and mustache competition. I won 1st place in several competitions. My most recent win was in the Dapper category in Chattanooga and "Best in Show" in Nashville.

After making my purchase, I was instructed to keep the ticket provided at the time, which had no expiration date. Due to contracting COVID and dealing with a serious family emergency over the next couple of months, I was just relieved to finally pick up my item. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, hoping it would be less busy. When I handed them my ticket, I had no issue waiting, considering it was the weekend.☺️

Unfortunately, the owner greeted me with a look of disgust. There was no “hello” or acknowledgment of my return to the store after such a long time. A simple, “We’re glad you’re back. Would you like to browse some sale items while you wait?” would have been appreciated. Instead, he was abrasive and had an awful attitude, which reflected terribly on his customer service, regardless of the situation.

There was a complete lack of concern, and expectations regarding alterations were not clearly communicated when I made the purchase nor was it stated on the ticket! His disrespect and poor customer etiquette were evident, with an undercurrent of racism that was obvious and barely concealed.

First time ever buying a suit and I highly recommend coming here! The gentleman that helped me ,Nick, made it quite easy to figure out what I needed and did not need. He showed me the selection of suits and quite a few different colors! I had no idea what I was doing but he guided me through! Wide variety of selection of shoes and accessories as well. Can’t wait to go back!
