Very impressed with the knowledge and service of the team at the Good Feet Store. I worked with Clay who informed me through the support process and inserts and what would work best for my plantar fasciitis. I did purchase some supports and the instant relief was incredible - I work on my feet and having these supports have helped me work at a high level again in comfort. Clay was excellent to work with, and my husband would not approve, but Clay is a very attractive, intelligent, and confident young man, so any single men/ladies with feet problems looking for inserts, go on down to The Good Feet Store and ask for Clay!

After my first visit to the good feet store, I knew I was in good feets (hands) with Clayton. I explained my ongoing plantar fasciitis and he recommended I purchase supports to help relieve the pain. It’s safe to say that I feel more comfortable daily using these whether I am tending to my garden or working long shifts at work. Thank you again Clayton!

I hadn’t expected to be fitted and so informed of the product when I went in.
Stephanie was a pleasure to work with and convinced me that I would need the arch supports.
I wasn’t however ready for the price tag. The amount exceeded what I would expect to pay.

Just went to the Nashua location today, after getting my "Good Feet" inserts 3 years ago. Zara was more than helpful, and explained that my "strengthener" inserts, which I used the most, had worn out to some extent. She took new impressions, and suggested a strengthener insert a little firmer than my previous one. I tried them on and knew they would work! No charge for the inserts, and a relatively small charge for the pads (which had worn out). All in all, another great experience at The Good Feet Store! Believe me, having plantar fasciitis is NO JOKE! The Good Feet Store is the only place that addressed my needs INSTANTLY, as they did today. I didn't start crying, but I KNEW my day to day life would be easier and less painful! More than that, I knew Zara and her team were there if I needed them. Almost 3 years after my initial purchase in a different store, and she treated me like an old friend. No guarantee does that, right? THIS one lives up to its promise! I'm moving soon, but I will continue to come to Nashua to have Zara and her team keep my feet feeling GOOD. It's close enough. Should I move further, any Good Feet location will be "Good" enough for me, based on my experience in both Danvers and Nashua. Trust!

The salesperson was very knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of slippers, but I did not buy the "system", which was exorbitantly priced, in my opinion. If I had known the price at the beginning, I would not have stayed for the hour-long pitch.
