Always had a great experience with Gopuff, but ironically they stopped delivering orders to my neighborhood which is prodominatally black. I also noticed they don't deliver to any area that's prodominatally black. It goes to show whose money they want. Wouldn't recommend them anymore. App deleted.

TORPEDOED THE APP. Why on earth make your order minimum total $15? This must be new because I remember being able to order a couple drinks and a snack or two back in the day and I’d have the rest of the money to tip. Well no more, you will consistently be getting smaller tips until the order minimum goes down to a reasonable price. At this rate I could contact Uber eats or any of the other delivery services if I’m going to spend $20 and get an actual meal rather than snacks.

My order consisted of 7 things. My arrival time quoted was 9:54 - 10:14pm. At 10:37pm my order had still not moved from “received”. I attempted the “chat” option in the help screen and never got a response. Now I am on hold with customer service to just cancel. 1st time user, will not try again.
