Was there at 10 am, looking at used rifles. They would sooner hold one for someone then sell it to a customer sanding right there. I will not be back. UPDATE: Derrick was very friendly and took the time to explain the store policy. After talking to his staff I was told that they will change the the policy to accommodate shoppers who are onsite first, paraphrasing a little, thank you

Cody, the manager, was SO very helpful with my scope purchase. The gentleman who opened the cabinet for us originally was very helpful but said that Cody would have even more advice and first-hand experience to give. Which is great. The fact that he didn't try to throw facts out there just to make the sale shows how great of a place this is. He truly wanted us to have the correct answers to our questions. He was correct, Cody gave us great information that helped us make our decision. This was not my first purchase at Grady's, and it will not be my last. Thanks guys!!

Such a friendly and easy way to purchase any firearm or any accessories you may be looking for. The staff is all very helpful and to the point. I would much rather support these guys than any of the other big names who decided to stop carrying ammo or firearms all together. I will definitely be back to shop here again.

I was looking for a specific ammo and when the others didn't have it or where crazy on price, I look at Gradys. They had the ammo and great price to boot, I think I found my new place to go!! Great shipping and fast....THANK YOU!!

This was our first visit from out of state, and our three resident grandchildren we were visiting were very excited to show us many areas of the store. Well stocked and arranged with a variety of sporting and adventure supportive merchandise. The cashier on duty was very pleasant and personable.
