I couldn’t tell you about the inside of the store, or even about their merchandise. What I can tell you, however, is to never park with them for a baseball game! The staff had our car and another blocked in! My husband had to be guided by 3 people to drive out on a sidewalk. A staff member had the bright idea to instruct a car (they instruct all the cars on how to park) to park right in front of us (see picture). The staff were less then empathetic and I will admit I was upset, but the condescending manner from staff was less then helpful for these customers! After arguing , we got a a refund. I hope the other woman was able to get her vehicle out without having to wait for upwards of an hour to leave a private pathetic lot.

The staff here is very friendly and welcoming. There is an incredible selection of souvenirs here for the avid Chicago sports fan. I discovered that you can even buy scratch-off Illinois lottery tickets here. I would definitely recommend stopping in here before a Sox game...or anytime you're in the area, really. ?

I am so impressed with the customer service I received! I ordered a Bears jersey (that I couldn't find anywhere else, even the Bears Pro Shop) and needed to receive it by a certain date. The guy that worked with me was so helpful from ensuring that I got the right size to me receiving the shipment in the timeframe I needed. I received my jersey on time & it fit well. This is my new go-to store for Chicago sports apparel.

Hand down one of the best stores in Chicago to find exclusive White Sox, Bears, Bulls, Cubs and Blackhawks appeal. The inventory is very large so you might actually be in shopping for a while.

Why does it shows that Grandstand open 7 days of week on Google ? on Tuesday 07/16/24 i went there and the security blinds was cover, i want to buy something, i really wish the managements changed the Google messages if you guys are really close on Tuesday put the message thru update it, not happy this is why i put a 1 star wasted my time
