The chubby Navajo guy with the glasses is very unfriendly. Tried being nice and asked a question and just looked at me and walked away

The phone number they have listed does not seem to be working. I've tried a few time but it's always a busy tone.

Not very professional to deny a sale. This was my first and last time here I waited patiently and I asked for a specific item. To my surprise I was told, "there's a long line were trying to take care of." I seen this man process sales in front of me with other customers over a glass counter that had just walked in! All the while, there was still a line for the 3 windows with 3 other clerks. Take your time and money else where.

Tried to pawn here. The young native guy behind the counter was rude. Brought in 3 earrings, looked at 1 said no, wouldn't even look at the others. Just walked away without another word. Very rude. I'll stick with T&R.
