I recently decided to trade my truck in to get a vehicle with better MPG. My son and I went out on a cold night at Gurley Leep "just to look." Luke came out and greeted us and asked if we had any questions on the vehicle. I let him know I didn't have much time this evening, and that I needed to still look at some options and speak with my wife. Luke accepted that, and offered to at least grab the keys so we could see the interior. We went ahead and did this and I exchanged info with Luke.

The next day, Luke texted me and called me to give me an offer on the vehicle. I let him know that I would come by for a test drive. The entire time, Luke was super kind, not pushy by any means on anything, but did make solid recommendations. When I spoke to the finance manager, who was also fantastic, and made solid recommendations without overselling me.

From start to finish, the process was VERY quick, and I had keys in hand in under two hours. The staff was accommodating, professional, and low stress. I would HIGHLY recommend stopping in, and specifically look for Luke! He made the biggest impact by braving the cold just to say hi!

Went all around Michiana doing research and comparing and I must say Gurley Leep Honda in Elkhart has been beyond the most accommodating, understanding, helpful and inviting even after the sale was done. Even after the sale we had a concern and they immediately took care of it with no cost to us. I should have had all my business come here first years ago. I thought my mother was looking for a unfindable deal on a gem of a suv and they went above and beyond. Uri did amazing. And the whole crew was top shelf. Incredible service and work guys.

I have been buying cars for over 20 years and every time I have dreaded it. My wife made a call last Wednesday to see about test driving and let them know that’s all we wanted. We test drove it, left our info and said we would be back later in the week. Uri was amazing, followed up and we decided to go back and make the purchase. Again no pressure, super helpful and friendly -!: the sale went flawless. The manager, Ryan was awesome as well and helped us understand everything as well. For new car buying I can’t recommend them enough!!!

After you buy a car they don’t care. I have a limited dealer warranty and cannot get any information. Every time I call they have me talk to someone different with a promise of getting back to me. I’ve spent a week trying to figure out my warranty on a car we can’t drive. I already had to replace the rotors that they turned instead of replacing. They were warped and the back sides were rusty. Now my service engine soon light is on with a camshaft issue. A week later (today) the service manger leaves me a voicemail with an 800 number and also stated the finance manger has been trying to call me. I talked to the finance manager one time last week for maybe 2 minutes and he told me I needed to talk with the service manager and that he would call me.
