No trip to New York would be the same without a visit to this store. The merchandise is great quality, the selection is good, and the atmosphere is top notch. The best part about this store is the staff. The manager, Emily, and sales associate, Sheshe, are so friendly and knowledgeable that anyone who visits will be sure to feel like they have made new fellow Hamfan friends. We have visited NYC many times, and each time we do, visiting this store is one of the highlights of our trip.

Of course we love the show, Hamilton but it was difficult to shop with all the people in the lobby. Thanks goodness we knew where the store was from a previous visit and we got to buy all of our souvenirs for our friends and family. Everything you can get at the Richard Rogers Theatre you can find it here and the staff here was great!

My daughter and I are in town to see Hamilton on Broadway, while walking around we found Hamilton: The Store just outside of our hotel and my daughter was stoked to grab some Ham swag! Prices weren’t bad and the staff was outstanding making my daughter feel like a rockstar! We can’t say enough about how great we were treated while in the store!

The staff was really nice and helpful! They also had amazing items! We stopped by after seeing Hamilton. It is mostly the same items available at the show but there were a few additional items here.

How does this store even make rent? The selection was awful. But nothing worse than the staff. They never got up from their seat or even asked if anyone needed any help. They honestly looked bothered when anyone asked a question. The place was empty so no need to feel stress to rush people. Seriously get some new merchandise because this was a sad selection.

Wasn’t able to stop in as they still require masks to be worn. We didn’t bring masks as most of NYC is now mask optional. The store looked nice, but didn’t appear to have much stock on the shelves. Honestly, you could likely find almost everything they have online.

Great pop-up store with all your Hamilton needs! Staff is friendly and helpful and don't make you feel bad if you just want to browse. They have more product than the theater across the street and at a variety of prices, though those are the same as at the theater.
