My husband needed shoes for his toe that had been amputated and Brian was our guy who was very knowledgeable, patient, well communicated and easy going.
Located on the upper level above Bank of Hawaii in the Ala Moana Building, Happy Pharmacy a unique place. An actual Pharmacy they also have an inventory of both mens and women's medical type footwear. Pricey but with a perscription medical insurance covers pair of shoes annually. Approx. 20-30mins for the entire visit. Variety of styles to choose from. and when all is done you walk out of the store with your new pair of footwear. Good experience!

Walked-in today thinking Im gonna be paying a lot for my shoes. I let Shay know what I was looking for. All black and orthopedic shoes as I work 12-16 hour shifts. He made suggestions and I tried shoes on. To my surprise my feet felt great in the orthopedic shoes. I bought them. It wasn't about the price, but what's important and thats my feet. Thank you shay.

The owners of this new SAS store have been with the company for more than a decade and are very knowledgeable about the SAS brand as well as how to fit the shoes based on your needs. Part of the key value-add to actually going to the store is that the owners help you find the right shoe and size for your feet. The owners are so friendly and their service is amazing. The shoes are also very high quality and very comfortable for walking or standing for a long time, especially if you are elderly, have problems with your feet or have a job where you're constantly on your feet. I own several pairs myself and wear them when I know that I have a lot of walking to do (like when I took my kids to Disney World!) I bought some for my parents and they love it - they say that it's like walking on air!

Best Korean Pharmacy you can find in the town! I was always looking for a kind & credible Korean pharmacy for my family who can't speak English fluently and finally found one last week. It Seems to be run by two Korean pharmacists who are a married couple. They were super credible and kind, especially to the elders. Highly recommend for Koreans living in Honolulu. They have also got super comfortable & healthy shoes!

Owner would not even exchange the shoe. It was brought a week ago and wore once by my wife. She did not feel comfortable and we came back to return on the weekend. He said “it cant be exchanged As he cant sell it as brand new”. How would a customer know if shoe would be comfortable without wearing them to work. Please buy shoes online or some other stores near the mall. We have a $166 shoes without any use because they are uncomfortable and the owner would not exchange them at all.

I think this place is the biggest SAS shoes store in Hawaii. They just opened this brand new store, super clean & organized, super friendly. Great location (right across from the Ala Moana Shopping Center), lots of sizes available. I heard they are opening the new pharmacy together with SAS shoes starting from Feb, 2018. Highly recommended!
