These are waaaaaaay better than others I’ve tried(even ones from good feet store) I like that they are longer than others and stay in place better. Instant relief from foot pain….seriously. I had trouble with plantar fasciitis until I tried these. Never had trouble again.

I love my arch supports! Plus, the price was a fraction of the cost then their competitors.

If I could give it a zero I would. Promised my elderly Mama she would be walking without pain in no
Time. She followed exact directions.
Pain worse cannot use.
I have a mailed twice, no answer.

Did not mention no refunds I saw on receipt after payment.

Last email:
need corporate or owner information.

My Mom wore these exactly as she was told, made her feet worse.

She tried to return and was told” well if a dr doesn’t cure you he won’t refund”

Truly disappointing in item and response.

I think she deserves a refund . I see the no refunds but she did exactly what was asked of her and is worse. IMO this is just a scam effort to scam desperate elderly people.

This is my second email, no one responded to last one.

Thanks

Cristi James

I went in for a pair of Brooks because I saw they were a distributor. Big mistake. You don’t get to shop around or try on different shoes. They immediately try to size your foot and arch and sell arch supports. I wanted to like them because I felt bad refusing. Was sized at 2-3 half sizes below my shoe size and had shoes ordered in that size. I also left with arch supports and was told I could try them out a few days and if I didn’t get used to them I could bring back for store credit. When the Brooks arrived, they were too small, of course. I returned them and thankfully was able to get my money back for those because they were able to return them to Brooks, but I got store credit for the arch supports and when I returned to use it, the store owner was very kind and helpful until he found out I was using store credit for the arch supports. He argued with me about needing more time to adjust to them and I ended up paying $40 more for the exact shoes I bought at academy but I just needed some way to reimburse myself for the store credit. The owner was clearly irritated with me and angry that I returned the arch supports but he himself had told me I could when he pressured me into buying them. Very disappointing experience and uncomfortable. I don’t like being sold to and I hate feeling buyers remorse for giving in to a salesman. I feel sick over the interaction and the money I wasted and just need to accept that it was a loss and let it go. I truly thought everything was going to work out fine until he made it out like I had done something wrong in returning the product I didn’t need in the first place and didn’t like when I tried using. I feel awful writing this because they seem like nice people but I just can’t recommend them for this horrible return policy and treatment that definitely will make you not want to return as a future customer..

The managers, Dan and BJ, his wife are so knowledgeable and helpful. I love Brooks tennis shoes. They're a very athletic shoe company out of Utah. They sponsor thousands 5Ks and 10Ks. Dan, the owner did a free analysis of my feet to see what if my arches were high, low or if I was flat footed on a stamped foot pad to see what arch supports that I needed.

I ended up buying the shoes and the soft natural supports. They've helped elevate the pain in my back and hips. Also, they've helped me with my balance. The arch supports makes me stand up straighter, plus they take the pressure off my metatarsal bones and my heal. I'm so happy that I have Happy Feet ? now!

UPDATE: over a year later and the inserts were the best thing I've bought for my feet and body.
He spent time to find the right fit and i was able to exchange 1 insert if it hurt, within the week. My back and legs are so much better after using the inserts I bought here. I am going to buy some more with my FSA by the end of the year.
