I am expecting my first child and had a top notch experience at Happy Mango! I first went with my mom & Jay helped explain all about the strollers and car seats including safety, weight, function, etc so we could get a solid grasp on the options (since I came in knowing nothing). I came back with my husband a month later so he could also hear the expert knowledge that Jay had to share. It made us feel super confident in making the stroller and car seat choice that is best for our family. I just picked up our items yesterday and I am so thrilled with everything! I will be going back to have them help me install the car seat so I can be 100% sure my baby will be safe with the set up. 10/10 highly recommend shopping at Happy Mango for your stroller, bassinet and car seat needs - they have the expertise to truly guide you through the experience & give you the info & support needed to make the best choice for your family! I love this shop, great products at a reasonable prices for the quality. I’ve gotten lots of things from them, pretty fast shipping, knocked off a star because when I ordered a Doona it wasn’t delivered, I had to follow up after giving them plenty of time to fulfill my order (a month) but the owners apologized and gave me a discount on my next order. I don’t know if this was a warehouse issue and not their fault or just an oversight, and I don’t know if they found the issue and fixed the problem. Probably worth warning consumers if it’s a longer process for bigger items.

I can't say enough good things about Happy Mango!! I needed a last-minute baby gift for a friend, and since my youngest is almost 20 years old, I was totally out of the loop on what to get. Happy Mango came through with incredible customer service and expert advice. They made the entire experience seamless from, and I love that they carry sustainable and organic products for both mama and baby. Such a beautiful, mom owned business. I highly recommend for thoughtful, quality gifts and wonderful service.

Unfortunately I would not recommend purchasing from Happy Mango. The concept of the store is great, but the customer service is severely lacking. I, as the customer, should not have to reach out relentlessly to receive order updates. We were originally told our items (stroller and car seat) would arrive in 2-3 weeks. We were given excuse after excuse as to why there were delays which made it hard to trust that they were being honest. Our baby boy arrived before our stroller did - thankfully they were able to courier our stroller to our house while we were at the hospital (due to my husband’s persistence). I don’t want to leave a negative review of a local business but as it currently stands I would not recommend using their services. I hope they learn from their mistakes because the store concept has great potential.

I went to look at car seats. They let you take them to the car to see how it fits. Love that. Hard to visualize how things like how far back can the front seats be with the car seat inside the car. So that part is nice.

The store is weird. There’s no sign on the outside. It’s just at a warehouse with the front door locked. So by appt only because they have to let you in. And it’s only one family at a time. You sit in a room within the warehouse that has a camera recording everything. And all the merchandise is crammed in the one room. Not really good for perusing. So come in mind with what you want to look at specifically. There is a nice bathroom and waiting area after they let you in. No trash outside for poopy diapers.

I would not recommend purchasing product from Happy Mango. I purchased a Nuna product that showed it was in stock, two weeks later the product still hadn't shipped. I reached out to the owner via phone and email to inquire about the delay. I was informed that "the warehouse had an issue and it was no longer in stock, but was working directly with Nuna to get me a product shipped." After three additional weeks of follow up emails with zero response, I was forced to open up a fraud case with Capital One. Capital One found Happy Mango to be at fault and I was able to get my money refunded through Capital One. Still have not received a response to my follow up emails with Happy Mango to date. There are a ton of places to buy baby gear, avoid this one.

Do not order anything online. I placed an order on 2/09. After weeks without a shipping confirmation I finally was able to get an email response. Multiple emails (mostly for me repeatedly sending them) and still no product. Finally gave up and asked for a refund. Promised to start a refund and claimed it would take 3-5 business days. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago. Had to finally make a claim with American Express who has now asked for additional information probably bc happy mango is disputing the dispute. Everything has been blamed on the warehouse. Some how I was able to order the exact same product from another store and it arrived in three days!!!! Just don’t do it. Order what you need from anywhere else. Esp products you need for a baby arriving that you depend on.

Happy Mango provides a personalized experience. I really appreciate that all of their staff are very knowledgeable and the products they sell. We were able to “test drive” multiple strollers in store. They showed us how to fold, unfold, etc and helped us decide which set up would fit our lifestyle best. I never felt rushed while shopping and evaluating options. We love the products they helped us select! I also want to add that we were gifted a car seat that was not purchased at Happy Mango BUT Happy Mango installed our car seat base with no questions asked and showed us what to look for to make sure baby is properly secured. We love shopping with Happy Mango!
