Been here a few times. They have a nice selection of large mowers, and other outdoor tools and equipment. Usually 2 people working behind counter and if not busy then service is pretty quick, but if they're with a customer, it might take a while before they get to you. Some customers issues seem to take 30 minutes, others 2 minutes, and its wait your turn type service. The prices seem correct for their mowers and they carry several name top quality name brands. They also carry small items, such as spark plugs too. The mowers they sell are not the cheap wal-mart type mowers, they sell expensive, long lasting mowers here. U-Haul truck rental is the other park of their business, so if you need a truck, they have several to rent.

Went to get a few belts for my Toro mower and some new tires, they couldn't get anything but 1 belt and wanted double what I could get it for online! The lady behind the counter acted like she didn't even want to look anything up, then she didn't want to even really discuss me buying a new mower which I was looking at the new Exmark commercial zero turn. So I decided just to go back to Dixie Chopper and buy a new mower from them, lost any future business from me and whoever else that asks me where to get parts or anything for a mower!

Emailed for prices and Tammy got right back with me, a day later I was in there buying my first zero turn mower. She had me in and out in no time at all. They were very friendly and helped with any questions I had! Not sure why people say they are rude but I would recommend purching from these guys/gals. Also had very fair pricing with good inventory. Thanks again!

Needed a part for trimmer - they had it. Service counter woman was very helpful and knowledgeable. Also bought a hand cutter (will cut up to 2") for Father's Day gift. Great local lawn equipment store!

I bought my mower from here years ago.... I have since called to ask if they could reference belt sizes and things of that nature. The lady that answered the phone wouldn't tell me what size belt but "would sell me one". She also told me that I could just google it like they did as if thats not the first thing I tried (google gave me 3 different answers and is the reason my first belt replacement didn't fit) also the manual listed the belt as 176.79 inches and I already tried a 175 inch belt and it was too loose. I just needed to know what their database said but they are literally using Google... on top of this her tone was so rude... like I owe them the business because I bought the mower from them... huge mistake on my part giving them my business... poor customer service... greedy attitudes... would NOT recommend

Very horrible people to deal with. Don’t even carry 2 stroke oil. Had to go across the street to rural king for oil. The first time I went in for a belt and she didn’t have it in stock. So unlike any other company she wanted to charge me $10 on top of the $70 belt for “shipping”. I went to a different exmark dealer and got the same belt cheaper and also needed to be ordered but they didn’t charge me for shipping or anything!! The guy seems to be mad 24/7. So if you wanna go in and deal with attitude than this is the place to go.
