I can't say enough good things about this store, from the moment my husband and I walked through the door we were treated with kindness and respect.. Donna was our salesperson and she really knows her stuff! We weren't rushed and she didn't pressure us. We ended up purchasing an awesome credenza on clearance! We'll definitely be back!

When I moved here several years ago, I knew nothing of the local businesses; and when I decided to replace my very old furniture, I visited my local Havertys in Cocoa. What a pleasant experience. The employees were helpful without being pushy and provided gentle advice which eased the normal stress of furniture selection. I have window-shopped at other stores since that first experience and, each time, I have returned to my local Havertys. My recent experience was with Nancy and Cody. I was greeted like an old friend by Nancy (who I had never met) and also greeted by another employee who remembered me from my last visit. That day, I purchased a gorgeous and comfortable recliner from Nancy. I also purchased a rechargeable battery pack since there is no outlet near where the chair was placed. When I had trouble with the battery, I called the store late in the day. The person who answered did not hesitate to find help: Cody, provided assistance on the proper connection. In my frustration, he spoke calmly and patiently, and provided awesome directions which enabled me to correctly connect the battery pack. Also, when I call for information, - albeit store hours, status of purchase, or "do you have this" - I am always treated with respect and greeted with the willingness to provide any support needed. My kudos to an amazing team!

We went to just start shopping and did not intend to buy anything just yet. We were so pleasantly surprised by the quality of the furniture! Chuck was our salesman and was so easy work with and helped us find the perfect fit! We LOVE our new furniture!! It’s perfect and we couldn’t be happier!!! This is our second purchase at Havertys and we came back because we absolutely love what we bought the 1st time. It was extremely high quality for the price and we sincerely appreciated our sales person Regina. She is the best. She's not pushy, she understands our needs, and she respects our budget. It's been several months since our first purchase. Nevertheless, when we entered the store today Regina remembered us, she even remembered the name of our hometown in Maryland. I hope Havertys appreciates Regjna as much as we do! We will be back, thank you.

Second purchase form this store, Regina was awesome, did not pressue us to purchase anything when we came in looking. The military discount was much appreciated.
The 2 delivery people we great, set up was facst and put where we requeste.
