Great place.
We (wife, son, and I) were in town visiting and we went to Hawaiian Hardball - they were very friendly and receptive to letting our son use their facility.
They also have a lot of baseball products as well - which we ended up getting : P
Coach J was great for the batting lesson (1on1) and Coach Guy was insightful for the pitching lessons.
They accepted us in getting a 1-month membership plus 5-credit pack to use their facility here (although we were just visiting).
For residents or visitors that are looking to improve or refine their game, this place is highly recommended.

It’s nice to see a new business in Hawaii. But I have to say, the service and price leaves quite a bit to be desired. We went there because we needed a glove last minute. They didn’t have a black glove in our size so we had to buy a white one that was $129. When looking online afterwards, a comparable one was $60. I also asked about the bating cages and unless you are a member, you can’t reserve and can only do first come first serve for almost $200 an hour. The lady behind the counter was also not very friendly or helpful when we were asking questions about what glove would be best. It really seemed like the only time she was engaged was when asking me to post a review. It kinda feels like they are the only game in town and they know it so they aren’t really trying. But the facility did seem nice and new so maybe if prices become a little more reasonable, it’ll be a better place to try out.

Hawaiian Hardball and all their staff is AMAZING! They helped me and my son with picking a baseball bat since my son’s bag broke. They let him swing a few and let him feel the weight and how he felt swinging. They also have times when you can test out the bats and they use hittrex to track. Will always go to Hawaiian Hardball for our baseball needs!

Exceptional service!
Purchased a glove and bat here for our daughter on two separate visits. Both times, they took the time to explain different equipment to us to ensure we made informative decisions on what we were purchasing. They made recommendations on what would suit our needs instead of just trying to make a sale, even if it led us to a less expensive product! Steamed the new glove for us which we really appreciated!

Hawaiin Hardball Was a great store. Jason helped me out finding all my gear for my new men’s league season coming up. They have a lot of great gear in stock including bats, cleats, helmets, gloves, everything you need. I recommend Hawaiian hardball to anyone on the island looking to get some new baseball gear and it’s great stuff as well. Five stars for me.

Great service and amazing cage facility. Broad selection of gloves, caters gear, and bats. So far I’ve bought a bat, sliding mitt, and catchers gear and no complaints yet. 100% 5 star service and product.

Hawaiian hardball is great. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
We’ve been coming here for two years to get gloves for our son. They do steaming for gloves. Depending on brand it’s between free and $10.
Only downfall is the parking but we’ve never had an issue parking though.
Again, good stock, great staff and they even have batting cages and offer workshops and such.

Customer service was excellent, the workers are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had a wide variety of baseball/softball gear. They even had batting cages with Hittrax, though they were full today I will definitely have to come back and try it out.
